This project is located within the cities of Fremont and Newark. The pipeline begins at the existing raw water pipeline outside the Cedar ARP Well site on Cedar Blvd in Newark and proceeds south along Cedar Blvd to the flood control channel north of Moores Avenue where the pipeline from the Bellflower ARP Well site connects to the Cedar Blvd pipeline. At the flood control channel on Cedar Blvd, the pipeline turns to the east and proceeds along the north side of the flood control channel, corsses under I-880, proceeds south then east along the flood control channel to Farwell Drive in Fremont. At Farwell Drive, the pipeline turns south, crosses Mowry Avenue and connects to the existing Farwell ARP well site piping at the property line. The pipeline to the Bellflower ARP Well site proceeds from Cedar Blvd, west along the north side of the flood control channel to the Bellflower site piping at the property line. |
