Surveying, dust control, storm and erosion control. Clear, grub, utility coordination and protection. Site grading and subgrade prep. Removing existing surface water culverts, constructing new surface water control feature. Over excavating, moisture conditioning, processing, placing and compacting low permeability soil. Placing general fill to grade the compost storage pad areas, Placing separator geotexile, crushing ans screening concrete. Moisture conditioning, placing and compacting engineered earthfill to construct new impoundment berms. Excavating and backfilling anchor trenches, installing gravel and HDPE pipe for the new impoundment. Overlaying AC and paving fabric over the existing AC pavement on the compost pad, placing concrete to construct concrete slabs and pipe supports. Constructing walls by placing bin blocks, assembling a blower skid and aeration system. Installation of water main piping, valves, pressure transmitters and fittings. Installation of pipe supports, removal and replacement of existing fencing. Surveying and preparing as-builts. |
